SUNY College At Purchase

The State University of New York at Purchase is commonly known as SUNY Purchase or Purchase College. It was established in the year 1967 and is located in Purchase, New York, United States. SUNY Purchase enrolls more than 4,000 students on an annual basis. Classes are offered through the following degree granting schools:

SUNY Purchase's students participate in sports such as soccer, basketball, cross country, swimming, tennis, and volleyball. The students also publish a weekly on-campus newspaper called "The Independent." In addition, WPSR 1610 is the student-run radio station on campus, and PTV is the university's own TV station. Notable alumni of the university include Josh Hartnett, actor; Imani Coppola, musician; and J. Buzz Von Ornsteiner, forensic psychologist and television personality.
