TechSkills provides training in a wide variety of subjects. Whether a student is looking to start a new career from scratch, or to advance a career that they are currently working in, TechSkills allows anyone to better their lives through education.and hard work. TechSkills is also an industry leader that provides training to employees of companies, allowing companies to train entire divisions in a classroom setting that guarantees a professional setting and not that of a typical undergraduate campus. With more than 30 campuses, TechSkills is one of the premier technical trade school in the United States.

Areas of Study

TechSkills offers many different undergraduate programs to choose from at many of their different campuses. These programs are designed specifically for adult learners, geared toward helping people who have a career already or those who waited to start a career due to other considerations such as raising a family. Classes tend to focus more on focus on building hands-on skills and experience, so that students are in demand in today’s marketplace. Some of the programs being offered include Database Administration, Network Design/Engineering, Medical Office Training, and Project Management.

TechSkills Selectivity

TechSkills offers a unique admissions process, and the school is proud to tell it's prospective students to forget everything they know about normal admissions processes from other schools. TechSkills assists every interested student through the admissions process. This process will explore such questions as how long it will take to complete a program, what kind of financial aid options are available and how to get them, and how to balance an on-going job or family-life with the course work and other things in life.

TechSkills Faculty Quality

All of the faculty and staff at TechSkills are industry professionals, specifically selected by the college to teach each course. The experience and skills that these professors and instructors have gained during their previous, or on-going, careers will literally be at the students disposal, with professors taking great care to bring their knowledge of the class or curriculum into the students lives. Extra help is always available to those who need it, and everyone who works at the college will be doing everything they can to help a student through their higher learning process.

Geared mostly toward adult learners, the student body is made up mostly of adults who have come to TechSkills to gain the knowledge they need to further their lives. Most have worked in the industry for many years, or have been busy with other pursuits such as raising children or providing for the family, and are now ready to take the next step in their lives by starting, or improving, a career.
