The University of Tennessee at Martin, also known as UT Martin or UTM, is located in Martin, Tennessee, United States. It is the main campus under the University of Tennessee system. UTM is the only public, four-year university in West Tennessee outside Memphis. It was established as the Hall-Moody Institute in 1900. It received its present name in 1969. The university offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. UTM is organized into the following academic divisions:

  • College of Education and Behavioral Sciences
  • College of Engineering and Natural Sciences
  • College of Humanities and Fine Arts

UTM’s athletic teams participate in the Ohio Valley Conference. Their official mascot is known as the Skyhawks.
