The University of the Arts, also known as UArts, was established in 1985. It was a created by the merger of the Philadelphia College of Art and Philadelphia College of Performing Arts. The university is located in Center City, Philadelphia. UArts offers over eight graduate degree and more than 15 undergraduate degree programs. Apart from the regular courses, UArts also provides programs of continuing education. The student body includes international enrollments from over 30 foreign countries.
