Trinity University is located in San Antonio, Texas, United States. It was created in the year 1869. The Cumberland Presbyterians in Tehuacana, Texas, shouldered the responsibility for the establishment of this university. Students of Trinity University are offered degrees and professional programs in diverse fields of study including art history, business administration, cognitive science, communications management, and health professions.

The men's teams participate in sports such as baseball, basketball, football, swimming and diving, cross country, track and field, golf, tennis, and soccer. The women's teams are involved in basketball, cross country, swimming and diving, soccer, track and field, softball, volleyball, and tennis. The sports teams of Trinity University are nicknamed the Tigers. The university also has an active Greek life which is evident by the presence of sororities and fraternities such as Phi Delta Kappa, Sigma Theta Tau, Zeta Chi, Pi Kappa Alpha, and Omega Phi.
