Umpqua Community College, commonly referred to as UCC, was established by the residents of the greater Douglas County in 1964, and is located in Roseburg, Oregon. The campus is spread across an area of 100 acres. Umpqua Community College offers degrees and certificate programs in various fields of study. Students can choose from courses in anthropology, business administration, criminal justice, foreign languages, and digital systems technology.

The students of Umpqua Community College actively participate in sports. The athletics teams of the college are known as the Riverhawks, and they take part in basketball and volleyball. Apart from this, the students are also involved in various on-campus clubs and organizations such as the Computer Club, Association of Foreign Languages, Gamers Club, and Phi Theta Kappa.
