Union College is a four-year, private, Methodist college located in Barbourville, Kentucky. It was established in 1879, and is set on a large campus of 110 acres. Undergraduate degrees and majors, bachelor’s degrees, and pre-professional programs are offered to students at Union College. The study areas in which degrees are offered include social sciences, natural sciences, languages, business, performing arts, psychology, and education.

Union College is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, Appalachian Athletic Conference, and the Mid-South Conference. The sports teams are nicknamed the Bulldogs, and they participate in basketball, cross country, swimming, tennis, track and field, golf, and cycling.
