The University of Houston–Victoria, also known as UHV, is a public university located in Victoria, Texas, United States. It was established in the year 1973. The institution was initially known as the University of Houston Victoria Center and operated under that name until 1983. The main campus spreads across an area of 20 acres. UHV also shares some facilities with Victoria College. Both undergraduate and master degrees are offered at the university. UVH is organized in the following academic divisions:

  • School of Education and Human Development
  • School of Nursing

University of Houston–Victoria competes in the NAIA's Region VI. Their sports teams are known as the UHV Jaguars, and they participate in sports such aas baseball and softball.
