University Of Louisiana At Lafayette

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, also known as the UL Lafayette, is a coeducational public research university located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Established in 1900, this university currently grants admission to over 10,000 students every year. UL Lafayette is well known for its degree courses in the field of art studies.

University of Louisiana at Lafayette's sports teams are referred to as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns. The official mascot of the school is Cayenne. The athletics department fields teams in baseball, basketball, football, softball, and water-skiing. UL Lafayette also sponsors various club sports such as badminton, bowling, cheerleading, cricket, hockey, judo, power-lifting, rugby, sport shooting, soccer, and tae kwon do.
