University of Maryland - University College is a public coeducational university located in Adelphi, Maryland, United States. The institute was founded in 1947. It currently provides educational services to over 90,000 students worldwide. It offers degree programs in various fields including computer and information science, human resource management, investigative forensics, business administration, computer information technology, communication studies, technology management, health care administration, biotechnology, and accounting. The school also offers online certification courses for overseas students from Europe and Asia.

University of Maryland - University College’s sports teams are fondly called the Terrapins. The official mascot is Testudo, the Maryland diamondback terrapin. The university offers various sports programs in football, baseball, basketball, and track and field.
