The University of Minnesota Crookston, also known as UMC, was established in 1905, and is located in Crookston, Minnesota. The campus of the university is spread across more than 230 acres of land. UMC offers applied science undergraduate degrees in over 25 programs. Various degrees are also provided through online courses. The University of Minnesota Crookston's athletics department fields several men's and women's sports teams that compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II.
