University Of South Carolina Salkehatchie

The University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie was established in 1965. It is a regional campus of the University of South Carolina. USC Salkehatchie's main campus, known as the West Campus, is spread across 220 acres of land in Allendale, South Carolina. The university also operates an East Campus in Walterboro, South Carolina.

The University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie offers associate's degree programs in arts and science, and bachelor's degree programs in nursing, elementary education, and liberal studies. Students can also pursue certificate courses, and master's and doctorate degree programs through distance learning opportunities.

The University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association Region X. Its sports teams are nicknamed the Indians, and compete in baseball, basketball, soccer, and softball.
