Ventura College

Ventura College is a California-state funded community college located in Ventura, California, United States. It was established in the year 1925. The campus is spread across an area of 112 acres. It enrolls more than 10,000 students. Ventura College is part of the Ventura County Community College District. It offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.

The athletics department of the college fields various men's and women's sports teams that participate in diverse sports. Their sport teams are nicknamed the Pirates. The Pirates are winners of the WSC Athletic Supremacy Award (2007-08).
