Victor Valley College, or VVC, is a community college located on Bear Valley Road in Victorville, California, United States. The college was founded by a public vote in 1960. The first classes were held in 1961 at the campus of Victor Valley High School. The campus of VCC was opened to students in 1965. The campus is spread across an area of 253 acres. It comprises of a technical complex, a gymnasium, the Performing Arts Center, and parking lots.
The athletics department of the college offers various sports teams that participate in a variety of sports. Some of the notable alumni of the college are Jamel Richardson, professional football player; Peggy Conlon, President and CEO of the Ad Council; and John W. Henry, money manager and principal owner of the Boston Red Sox.
