Wayne Community College, also referred to as WCC, is located in Goldsboro, North Carolina, United States. The college was established in the year 1957 and formerly known as Goldsboro Industrial Education Center (I.E.C.). WCC campus stands spreads over an area of more than 280,000 square feet. Students are offered diplomas, certificates, and associate degree programs in various areas of study including business administration, nursing, computer information technology, and fine arts.
Students participate in the many clubs and organizations available on campus. These include the International Club, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, Human Services Club, Drama Club, and Publication Club. Students publish an on-campus newspaper called the "WCC Campus Voice." They also publish an on-campus magazine called the "Renaissance."
