West Virginia Northern Community College, also known as WVNCC or Northern, is located in Wheeling, West Virginia, United States. It was founded in the year 1972. WVNCC has two other branch campuses located in Weirton and New Martinsville. The college offers associate degrees and certificates to students in various areas of study including business administration, computer information technology, human services, surgical technology, industrial maintenance technology, and elementary education.

Students of WVNCC participate in sports such as volleyball, basketball, flag football, golf and softball. Indoor activities include table tennis, foosball, and billiards. The campus is also home to a wide variety of student clubs and organizations.
