Wichita State University

Wichita State University, or WSU, is a state-supported university located in the city of Wichita, Kansas, United States. It was founded in 1985. WSU is one of the state universities governed by the Kansas Board of Regents. The university offers more than 60 undergraduate degree programs in more than 200 areas of study, and over 40 master degrees in more than 100 areas of study. It is organized into several academic divisions which include:

Wichita State University’s sports teams are nicknamed the Shockers. The university is a member of the NCAA Division I.
