The college was originally known as the Industrial, Commercial, and Continuing Evening School. WITC operates campuses in New Richmond, Ashland, Superior, and Rice Lake. It also has two branches in Hayward and Ladysmith. WITC offers degrees, certificate programs, and technical diplomas in several areas of study. The College also offers online programs.
