Privacy Statement for Our Survey Fundraiser

We do not ask for contact information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address or city where you live or work.
We do not ask for your salary details or the name of the company or organization for which you work.
The survey response we receive indicates the name of the organization that you are supporting so we can provide it with a donation. However, we will not publish the name of the organization you are supporting in association with your survey response.
Many of the survey questions require essay style answers and therefore it is possible that you inadvertently provide personally identifiable information in your response. We will make a reasonable effort to remove any such personally identifiable information, however no guarantee of such removal can be made.

We plan to publish your survey response on CityTownInfo.com. However, we reserve the right to publish your response on another web site that we own or with whom we have a partnership. In any case, your survey response will be published anonymously and in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
