Flathead Valley Community College, also known as FVCC, was established in 1967. It is a public college and is located in Kalispell, Montana. The campus of the college is spread across an area of more than 200 acres. The institution awards associate's degrees in the fields of arts, science, and applied science. Flathead Valley Community College competes in various intercollegiate athletics for both men and women. The teams participate in sports including cross country and soccer. The campus is home to a number of clubs and organizations. These include the Student Government, Multicultural Club, and the Northern Knights Chess Club.
