John Tyler Community College, also referred to as JTCC, is a coeducational, public, two-year community college. It is one of 23 colleges in the Virginia Community College System. Its main campus is located in Chester, Virginia, United States. It has another campus in Midlothian, Virginia. It was established in 1967. It was named after President John Tyler, who was from the Greater Richmond Region and is buried in Hollywood Cemetery.

John Tyler Community College is organized into the following academic divisions:

  • Division of Extended Learning and Distance Education

The College grants admission to more than 11,000 students annually. John Tyler Community College is well known for majors it offers in the fields of drama and performing arts and therapy and counseling.
