Moraine Valley Community College

Moraine Valley Community College was established in 1967. It enrolls over 45,000 students, and the campus is located on 294 acres of land. The college offers a number of associate's degrees and occupational certificates in arts, science, fine arts, and applied science. There are also provisions for transfer programs and several career programs.

The sports teams of Moraine Valley Community College are called the Cyclones, and its official colors are green and white. There are separate men's and women's teams for basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer and tennis. In addition, the college has women's teams for softball and volleyball.
