Students looking for a CDL Commercial Truck Driving school in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Rhode Island can find programs available through the New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS). The school's hands-on and classroom tractor training programs help students to prepare for employment as a commercial driver. Students learn about safety and driving a tractor trailer on both area streets and interstates. Depending on their program of enrollment, they will be prepared to seek CDL A or B licensing upon completion. The school, which has served students since 1965, also offers HVAC/R technician training in addition to its CDL programs.
Experienced instructors at NETTTS help to train students in their chosen program, whether that is for CDL-A or CDL-B licensure. Many of these instructors have years of experience as commercial drivers and can provide important insight about what students should be aware of when on the job. Students will be able to gain general truck knowledge, including about air brakes systems, as well as learn about the ins-and-outs of roadside inspections and best driving practices from their qualified instructors.
NETTTS has four different campus throughout New England, helping provide accessibility to a variety of students. To enable students to learn more about the trucking industry and potential careers, campuses host a variety of events, including informational visits from area companies and personnel. As well, students can find financial aid and career services support available through NETTTS.
