North Central Kansas Technical College

North Central Kansas Technical College was established in 1963 as the North Central Kansas Area Vocational Technical School. The first classes were held in 1964 and the name of the school was changed to North Central Kansas Technical College or NCKTC on July 1, 1996. It is located in Beloit, Kansas but has another campus in Hays, Kansas. The Beloit campus offers associate's degrees and certificate programs in automotive technology, advanced computer information technology, and telecommunications and network technology.

Students attending the Beloit campus of North Central Kansas Technical College can access a lighted softball field enabling them to participate in sports like bowling, softball, volleyball, basketball, flag football, and racquet ball. NCKTC students are active members of organizations such as Skills USA, the National Technical Honor Society, and Business Professionals of America.
