North Central Texas College

North Central Texas College was established in 1923. This community college serves Montague, Denton and Cooke Counties in Texas. NCTC offers a variety of majors and degrees in business management and marketing, computer science, security and protective services, performing arts and healthcare. The main campus, set on nearly 110 acres of land, is located in Gainesville. Two branch campuses can be found in:

  • Bowie
  • Corinth

The official colors of the sports teams of NCTC are white and blue, and the college teams are called the Lions. North Central Texas College has volleyball, tennis, softball and baseball teams. They are members of National Junior College Athletic Association.
