University Of South Carolina Lancaster

University of South Carolina Lancaster is one of the four regional campuses of the University of South Carolina. It is a public university located in Lancaster, South Carolina, United States. Popularly referred to as USC Lancaster, the institute was founded in 1959. It occupies a sprawling 150-acre campus. The university offers a variety of courses through distance education and independent learning programs. Degree programs are offered through the following academic divisions:

  • Business, Behavioral Sciences, Criminal Justice, and Education
  • Humanities
  • Math, Science, Nursing, and Public Health

University of South Carolina Lancaster's athletics department is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association, Region X. The sports teams are nicknamed the Lancers, and they participate in baseball, golf, soccer, and tennis. At USC Lancaster, students in need of financial assistance can apply for aid through scholarships, loans, grants, and work study programs.
