Virginia College-Jackson is one of 13 campuses of Virginia College. The college was founded by the Atlantis Group, Inc in 1983. It was then located in Roanoke, Virginia. The Jackson, Mississippi campus was established in January, 2000.
Virginia College-Jackson offers associate's degree and diploma programs in the fields of network engineering, criminal justice, healthcare and medical services, cosmetology, and office management. The campus is designated as an Adult Education/GED Class site.
Virginia College-Jackson provides academic and career counseling services to current students, along with job placement assistance for recent graduates. Eligible candidates can also seek financial assistance through Federal Pell grants, student loans, and scholarships.
