Founded in 1908, Youngstown State University, or YSU, is located in Youngstown, Ohio, United States. The university enrolls more than 10,000 students yearly. The campus is spread across an area of 140 acres. YSU offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. The university is organized into the following schools and colleges:
